Shipping policy
Treats by Design delivers to Brisbane & Gold Coast.
We offer a flat rate of $20 Delivery fee, payable in addition to your cost of products at checkout.
Delivers regular take place between Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
Saturday: Deliveries take place between 8am-12pm
We can’t specify exactly an exact time for delivery as our driver must follow a specific route to deliver all cakes by the times listed above. We aren’t able to prioritise any deliveries.
Please note: that delays may occasionally occur due to heavy traffic or road work. We can’t accept responsibility for these unfortunate events. Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time in perfect condition.
No delivery will be made if delivered outside of the listed times above. Please make sure somebody is home when the cake is delivered, you will receive a courtesy reminder when your cake is on its way. Please make sure your order includes a valid phone number and correct address.
Click & Collect Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines & procedures for the click & collect service provided by Treatsbydesign. Click & collect allows customers to place orders online & collect there purchases in person during specific times.
Click & Collect Availability
Monday - Friday is available between 9am-4pm
Saturday click & collect is available 8am-10am
Placing Orders
Customers can place orders for click & collect through Treatsbydesign website by selecting click & collect at checkout page.
Upon successful order placement customers will receive order confirmation via email.
Collection Process
Customers must provide proof of purchase or email confirmation. The step ensures correct distribution orders and prevents unauthorised pickups.
